1. In consideration of the agreement by the Artist to lease Artist’s
Prefrontal Cortex’s computing abilities and time and power to the User,
the Artist agrees to provide the brain power set out in paragraph 2
below.
2. Benets to the User
From <start date> to <end date>, the Artist agrees:
(1) to utilise the full potential brain power of the Artist to the
clause dened by the User
(2) take full responsibility of the Artist’s brain and body
(consequently the Artist can not guarantee the state of the mind
doing the thinking)
(3) to full any thought request without any exception
(4) to full any thought with the best known understanding of the
idea; including thinking of: abstract thought, images, sounds,
repeating sentences - if the User does not specify the way of the
thought, the Artist has the sovereignty to choose the form freely
from any thought type: verbal, positive, negative, analytical,
constructive, destructive, abstract and symbolic as well as
auditory, imaginary,
(5) to repeat the process in case of external stimuli which stops
the artists concentration or causes the Artist not to be fully
focused on the clause
(6) to full the role of the eclectic monk ‘So the Monks were built
with an eye for originality of design and also for practical
horse-riding ability. This was important. People, and indeed
things, looked more sincere on a horse. So two legs were held to
be both more suitable and cheaper than the more normal primes of
seventeen, nineteen or twenty-three; the skin the Monks were given
was pinkish-looking instead of purple, smooth and soft instead of
crenellated. They were also restricted to just the one mouth and
nose, but were given instead an additional eye, making for a grand
total of two. A strange-looking creature indeed. But truly excel
lent at believing the most preposterous things’
(7) Nothing shall return. These the times
already forgotten; only darkness -
how evil and empty -
sets in mirrors on my own images.
O, I know, by heart I know and do not wish
to repeat; I cannot know my forms
in advance. Thus I die
with half-revealed God on my lips.
3. User obligation
From <start date> to <end date>, the User agrees:
(1) the correct translation of the idea from the User’s mind to
the Artist’s consciousness is solely User’s responsibility
(2) the thought set by the User must t into the time chosen by
the User
(3) to give up creative rights to the thought given to the Artist
(4) not to contact the artist regarding any possible solutions of any
given problem appointed by the User as the Artist becomes the
rightful owner of this and any other ideas that emerged during or
after the process
